UW-Green Bay Career Services Director Linda Peacock-Landrum says businesses might not be able to recruit in traditional ways. She says some are doing interviews over video, or holding in-person ones with limited interactions.
Peacock-Landrum believes employers are frozen right now, not knowing how long social distancing and gathering limits might be in place.
